Yanbu Phase 3 Sea Water Desalination Plant

The Yanbu Phase 3 Seawater Desalination Plant is located on the Red Sea coast, in the Yanbu Industrial City, approximately 350km north of Jeddah. The desalination plant will implement multistage flash (MSF) technology to desalinate and supply freshwater to the residents of Yanbu and the nearby Medina region.

Rabigh 3 IWP will utilize reverse osmosis (RO) technology to yield a capacity of 600,000 cubic meters a-day. The innovative design of this plant ensures the highest efficiency, reliability, and availability for any comparable plant in the world. The water output will cater to the water demand of Makkah al-Mukarramah and Jeddah. This will ensure consistent, reliable and steady water supply to the citizens of the two cities and villages, especially during demand peak periods such as the Holy Month of Ramadan and Hajj seasons.

KING SALMAN INTERNATIONAL COMPLEX FOR MARITIME INDUSTRIES AND SERVICES

The King Salman Global Maritime Industries Complex is a shipyard in Ras Al-Khair, Saudi Arabia and upon completion, it will be the largest shipyard in the world.

The project includes the construction of the following elements: temporary rock revetments ~3km Long with armour rocks 300 to 500 Kg, 2.3 km long secant piles quay wall (1,120 secant piles and 1,282 bored piles), 4.4 km long precast block quay walls (15,443 Nos of precast blocks), 6.1 km long revetments and 5.8 km long breakwaters, crushed rock paving, as well as supply and installation of navigation aids (beacons, buoys).



JUBAIL 3(B) INDEPENDENT WATER PROJECT

The Jubail 3 project is part of the kingdom's plans to pump nearly $21.3 billion into the power and water sector of the kingdom over the next five years, meeting the increasing demands of the population.

The Jubail 3 plant will be developed 18 kilometers south of Jubail Industrial City on the Arabian Gulf coast and located adjacent to the existing Jubail phase 1 and 2 plants and Jubail Reverse Osmosis (RO) plant.

Upon SWPC's revision of the scope of the project, the firm has decided to proceed in tendering the water capacity through Jubail 3A and 3B independent water projects (IWPs). Jubail 3B will have a capacity of 570,000 cubic meters per day.



JUBAIL SWRO 2(A) DESALINATION PLANT

The Jubail Seawater Reverse Osmosis Plant (SWRO) is an additional part of the Al Fatah Water and Power project located in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The plant is designed to extract 20,000m3 of filtered water per day via an intake structure from beach wells.
